Photos by Sharon Black It’s honestly embarrassing and gross to me that I go to this school.  At least I’m a graduate student so I don’t exactly need to hang out there.  But I do wish more students there were aware of the stronghold Hopkins has over Baltimore and all of its abuses of powers.  Things like this make me question my ultimate trajectory of entering the world of academia.  I would never want to find myself working at a school like Hopkins, even if it is one of the best schools in the country, because of shit like this.  But is a school like Simon’s Rock really any better?
